Thank you for choosing to pre-order with Queen K.O.K.O. Please review the following guidelines carefully before placing your order. These terms exist to ensure a seamless, elevated experience for every client.
- Full payment is required upfront to secure your pre-order. Your order will not be processed or reserved until payment is received in full.
- All pre-orders receive a $20 discount off the retail price, applied at the time of purchase.
- Prices are final at the time of order. Queen K.O.K.O. reserves the right to adjust pricing on future orders without notice.
- By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
- All pre-order sales are final. Once payment has been submitted, cancellations and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
- We strongly encourage all clients to review sizing, product details, and these guidelines in full before placing an order.
- If you have questions or concerns about a product prior to purchasing, please reach out before completing your order — we are happy to assist.
Please note: initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will be treated as a violation of these terms and may result in being permanently barred from future purchases.
- Pre-orders are fulfilled within 15–30 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
- Timelines may vary slightly during high-volume periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will always be notified in advance if a change arises.
- Your estimated fulfillment window will be confirmed via text and email after your order is placed.
We believe in full transparency throughout your experience with us. You will receive regular updates on your order status via both text and email — including confirmation, processing, fulfillment, and shipping notifications.
- By placing a pre-order, you consent to receiving text and email communications related to your order.
- Please ensure your contact information is accurate at the time of purchase. Queen K.O.K.O. is not responsible for missed updates due to incorrect information provided.
- Response times to direct inquiries are typically within 24–48 hours on business days.
Queen K.O.K.O. is committed to honoring every timeline communicated to our clients. In the rare event that your order is delayed beyond the stated 15–30 day window:
- You will be notified promptly via text and email with a revised estimated delivery date.
- A discount or compensation will be offered as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience.
- The nature and amount of compensation will be determined at Queen K.O.K.O.'s discretion based on the circumstances of the delay.
Every pre-order client receives more than just a piece — they receive an experience. Included with your delivery:
- A handwritten thank-you letter personally acknowledging your support and loyalty.
- An exclusive offer reserved specifically for pre-order clients — details revealed inside your package.
- Carefully packaged items that reflect the Queen K.O.K.O. standard of excellence.
- Clients are responsible for reading and understanding these guidelines prior to placing a pre-order.
- Provide accurate shipping and contact information. Queen K.O.K.O. is not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect details submitted by the client.
- Monitor your text and email regularly, as important updates will be sent throughout the fulfillment process.
- If you experience any issue with your order upon delivery (e.g., wrong item, damaged packaging), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
Queen K.O.K.O. reserves the right to update or modify these Pre-Order Guidelines at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page and, where appropriate, communicated to existing pre-order clients. Continued engagement with our pre-order process constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
