Pre- Order Guidelines

• Full payment is required upfront to secure your pre-order. Your order will not be processed or reserved until payment is received in full.
• All pre-orders receive a $20 discount off the retail price, applied at the time of purchase.
• Prices are final at the time of order. Queen K.O.K.O. reserves the right to adjust pricing on future orders without notice.
• By completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.

• All pre-order sales are final. Once payment has been submitted, cancellations and refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.
• We strongly encourage all clients to review sizing, product details, and these guidelines in full before placing an order.
• If you have questions or concerns about a product prior to purchasing, please reach out before completing your order — we are happy to assist.

• Pre-orders are fulfilled within 15–30 business days from the date your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
• Timelines may vary slightly during high-volume periods or due to circumstances beyond our control. You will always be notified in advance if a change arises.
• Your estimated fulfillment window will be confirmed via text and email after your order is placed.

We believe in full transparency throughout your experience with us. You will receive regular updates on your order status via both text and email — including confirmation, processing, fulfillment, and shipping notifications.
